حذف حسابك في SeChess

هذه الصفحة لتطبيق SeChess (أندرويد) ولموقع sechess.com، وكلاهما من Typix في بغداد. حسابك واحد في الاثنين.

الطريقة الأسرع: من داخل حسابك

افتح التطبيق أو sechess.com/app/#account وادخل بحسابك.
اختر «الإعدادات» في صفحة حسابك.
في أسفل الصفحة، في خانة «حذف الحساب»، اكتب كلمة «احذف» واضغط «احذف حسابي نهائياً».

يُحذف الحساب فوراً.

إن لم تستطع الدخول، أو حذفت التطبيق

راسلنا على support@sechess.com من البريد نفسه المسجّل في حسابك، واكتب «احذف حسابي» ورقم عضويتك إن كنت تعرفه. نحذفه خلال 7 أيام ونردّ عليك.

ما الذي يُحذف

اسمك، وبريدك، وتاريخ ميلادك، وجنسك، وحساب الدخول نفسه.
تقدّمك المحفوظ في التعلّم، وإعداداتك.
أصدقاؤك وطلبات الصداقة.
مقالاتك وتعليقاتك في المدونة تُرفع ولا تظهر لأحد.

ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا

المباريات: تبقى في سجلات خصومك وفي جداول البطولات حفاظاً على صحة نتائجهم، ويظهر فيها اسمك «لاعب محذوف».
سجلات الاشتراك واللعب النظيف والبلاغات: نحتفظ بها لأغراض المحاسبة ومنع الغش والاحتيال.
معرّف الجهاز: رقم عشوائي لا يكشف شيئاً عن هاتفك، نحتفظ به ليُعطى الشهر المجاني مرة واحدة لكل جهاز ولمنع التحايل عليه.
رقم عضويتك: لا يُعطى لأحد غيرك أبداً.

Delete your SeChess account

For the SeChess Android app and sechess.com (both by Typix, Baghdad) — one account for both.

From your account

Open the app or sechess.com/app/#account, sign in, go to Settings, and at the bottom under «حذف الحساب» (Delete account) type «احذف» and press the red button. The account is deleted at once.

By email

If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, write to support@sechess.com from your account's email. We delete it within 7 days and reply.

What is deleted

Your name, email, birth date, gender and sign-in account; your learning progress and settings; friends and friend requests; your blog articles and comments are taken down.

What is kept, and why

Games stay in your opponents' records and tournament tables, shown as «deleted player», so their results stay correct. Subscription, fair-play and report records, and the device identifier (a random number that reveals nothing about your phone, so the free month is given once per device), are kept for accounting, cheating and fraud prevention. Your member number is never given to anyone else.
